Our team of experts worked closely with Elkien to understand their employees’ needs and preferences, which allowed us to create a workspace that caters to every function and activity. With the transition to remote work, the new office had to become a place for meeting and collaboration. Therefore, we created a work cafe on the first floor, where employees can enjoy lunch, informal meetings and work in one of the many train booths; Additionally, we designed enclosed concentration workspaces, formal and informal meeting rooms, an exclusive scrum area and presentation rooms.
At Oak, we value the importance of circularity, and, as usual, we have utilized plant life to incorporate a natural and relaxing environment throughout the whole office. We focused on sound insulation and air quality while incorporating a variety of real plants, natural materials, and daring colours that match our unique approach – with every detail taken care of.
We take pride in integrating biobased materials wherever possible, including the wall paint, which we have used for this project. Our circular design approach showed us the materials and furnishings we could retain following improvements, minimizing waste and helping the environment.
